How engagements work
Every engagement begins with a strategy call, where we scope the work based on your specific business. Pricing and scope are confirmed with you directly before any work begins.
Setup fees
One-time setup fees cover the initial build of your system. They are a one-time cost, not a recurring charge, and are confirmed with you directly before any work begins.
Ongoing fees & proof period
Ongoing monthly fees begin only after the agreed proof period for that specific service has passed — not from day one. After any stated minimum term, services continue on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel at any time after that minimum term.
Third-party platforms
Our systems connect with third-party platforms (including Meta, Google, and WhatsApp). We aren't responsible for changes those platforms make to their own policies, pricing, or availability, though we'll do our best to help you adapt when they do.
